Trabajos Marítimos S.A. executed the offering of $200 million 4,51% notes due 2028.

Prudential, MetLife, Voya an Cigna acted as initial purchasers on the offering.

Trabajos Marítimos S.A. operates marine port and offers national port services in Peru. The company offers maritime agency services, tugboat services, pilotage, loading and unloading of all types of shipments, container and liquids storage terminals, rescue and refloating services, and maintenance of underwater structures.
