Ropes & Gray represented TPG Capital. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2019, were not disclosed. American Discovery Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Company in this transaction. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP acted as M&A counsel to the Company in this transaction.
