Touchstone Group’s Merger With Microgen

K&L Gates LLP has acted for the management team of Touchstone Group on its merger with Silverfleet Capital portfolio company Microgen Financial Systems.

Through the merger, Microgen and Touchstone become the leading provider of technology to the trust and corporate services market, with a combined team of over 150 people offering an established physical presence in key markets that include Jersey, Guernsey, Cyprus, Singapore, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Touchstone Group operates as a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, provides integrated business software solutions and information technology consultancy services.

Silverfleet Capital is a leading, independent European private equity firm with global reach specialising in mid-market buyouts.

Microgen Financial Systems develops, implements and supports its own market-leading software for the financial services sector. With detailed domain knowledge of specific markets, Microgen enables its customers to quickly realise business value from their investment in technology.
