TouchBistro completed a $16.3 million Series C Preferred Share financing. The Series C financing was led by U.S.-based Napier Park Financial Partners and Japan’s Recruit Group. They were joined by BDC IT Venture Fund, Relay Ventures, Kensington Capital Partners and other existing investors.
TouchBistro provides iPad point-of-sale (POS) solutions for the food and drink industry, including full service restaurants, quick service restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops and bars. Servers use the TouchBistro iPad app to take tableside customer orders and instantly transmit them to the kitchen and bar.
