Total Play Telecomunicaciones’ $575 Million Bond Offering

Simpson Thacher the initial purchasers in the offering.

Total Play Telecomunicaciones, S.A. de C.V. (“Total Play”) executed the inaugural offering of an aggregate principal amount of US$575 million of its 7.5% Senior Notes due 2025. The Notes were offered and sold in reliance upon Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act, and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Total Play is a leading, high-growth, Mexican telecommunications company dedicated to providing broadband, entertainment and productivity services over one of the largest fiber-only networks in Mexico.
