Total Eren’s acquisition of 90 MW of solar projects in Brazil

Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) has approved Total Eren SA.’s acquisition of three solar projects with a combined capacity of 90 MW from Cobra do Brasil Serviços, Comunicações e Energia S.A. for an undisclosed ammount.

Total Eren develops solar and wind energy projects. The company was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Paris, France.

Cobra do Brasil Serviços, Comunicações e Energia S.A. constructs and operates solar power generation plants. The company is based in Brazil. Cobra do Brasil Serviços, Comunicações e Energia S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Cobra Gestión de Infraestructuras S.A.U.
