THG plc’s £43 Million Acquisition Of Brighter Foods Limited

Travers Smith LLP has advised THG plc on the deal. Walker Morris hasadvised Real Good Food plc (AIM: RGD).

THG plc acquired Brighter Foods Limited, a specialist developer and manufacturer of snack bars, from Real Good Food plc for £43 million on a cash and debt-free basis. The acquisition is conditional upon the approval of Real Good Food plc’s shareholders.

The transaction represents the third acquisition Travers Smith has advised THG on since its IPO in 2020.
