Hill Dickinson advised The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust on the partnership.
The collaboration builds on an existing partnership between RWT and Babylon, with the aim of introducing an integrated and accessible digital-first healthcare experience for Wolverhampton residents.
In a five-year collaboration agreement, RWT and Babylon Health will bring Babylon’s value-based care service, known as Babylon 360, to circa 55,000 people across Wolverhampton, the same population covered by the RWT’s own Primary Care Network (PCN). The provider’s range of digital health tools is designed to empower people to stay healthy as well as care for them when they are sick.
Babylon’s B360 provides patients with easier access to healthcare while freeing up time for our medical professionals to focus on proactively managing patients to make healthcare more affordable for the NHS.
Advising RWT on the partnership were Hill Dickinson Health and Life Sciences partner Jamie Foster (Picture) and associate Christiana Demetriou.
