The Mosaic Company’s $1.25 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Morgan Securities, BMO Capital Markets, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, US Bancorp and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $1.25 billion registered senior notes offering of The Mosaic Company

The Mosaic Company, through its subsidiaries, produces and markets concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients worldwide. The company, led by James C. O’Rourke, Richard L. Mack, Richard N. McLellan, Walter F. Precourt III and Anthony T. Brausen is based in Plymouth (MN).

Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance Mosaic’s acquisition of Vale S.A.’s global phosphate and potash operations conducted through Vale Fertilizantes S.A. The transaction closed on November 13, 2017.
