Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.000% senior secured second lien notes due 2026 for The Manitowoc Company, Inc.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, KKR Capital Markets LLC and SG Americas Securities, LLC acted as underwriters on the offering.

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. is a crane manufacturing company. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes.
