The Home Depot’s $2 Billion Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of The Home Depot, advised by Alston & Bird.

The Home Depot, Inc. completed a public offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.950% Notes due June 15, 2029 and $1,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.125% Notes due December 15, 2049.

Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as underwrtiters in the offering.

The Home Depot is the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer, with 2,290 retail stores in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, 10 Canadian provinces and Mexico.
