The Export-Import Bank of Korea’s $200 Million Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with an SEC-registered Schedule B debt offering by KEXIM of $200 million aggregate principal amount of its floating-rate notes due 2018.

Goldman Sachs International acted as Sole Bookrunner and Lead Manager.

KEXIM is an official export credit agency providing comprehensive export credit and guarantee programs to support Korean enterprises conducting overseas business.
