The Coca-Cola Company’s $26 Million Acquisition of beverage trademarks in El Salvador and Honduras

The Coca Cola Company executed the acquisition of two drinks trademarks from Salvadorian beverage company La Constancia and another from Cervecería Hondureña for $26 million.

In El Salvador The Coca Cola Company acquired Oasis and Cristal brands from La Constancia.

In Honduras, The Coca Cola Company acquired Tropical brand from Cervecería Hondureña.
