The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated has announced the pricing of its public offering of 3,125,000 shares of common stock, at a public offering price of US$56 per share. The Company also granted the underwriters of the common stock offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 468,750 shares of common stock solely to cover over-allotments.

The underwriters included Underwriter J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BTIG, LLC, Rabo Securities USA, Inc., and TD Securities (USA) LLC.
