The British Honey Company’s Acquisition Of The London Distillery Company


Hill Dickinson advised The British Honey Company on The London Distillery Company acquisition.

Honey and fruit-infused spirits brand The British Honey Company (BHC) has acquired The London Distillery Company (TLDC) for an undisclosed sum as it looks to widen its market ahead of potential flotation.

The acquisition will expand BHC’s product offering and customer base, and is part of the company’s growth strategy for 2020.

The London Distillery Company, also known as TLDC, is a distillery based in Bermondsey, London.

The British Honey Company was launched in 2015 in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, UK. Since then, expanding across Oxfordshire each of one of hives work endlessly to pollinate British meadows and hedgerows and provide 100% raw honey.
