The Bank of New York Mellon’s $1.2 Billion Notes Offering

The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation executed its registered offering of $700 million Senior Medium-Term Notes series J due 2026 and $500 million Senior Medium-Term Notes series J due 2031. The joint book-running managers for the offering were Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank and BNY Mellon Capital Markets. The transaction priced on January 21, 2021, and will settle on January 28, 2021.
