Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc. and Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. acted as underwriters.

TGLT S.A. operates as a residential real estate development company. The company, led by Federico Nicolás Weil, Rafael Ignacio Soto and Alejandro Belio is based in Buenos Aires.
