Terminal Zarate’s $30 Million Loan

Inter-American Investment Corporation (“IDB Invest”) as lender and also as agent on behalf of Inter-American Development Bank (“IDB”), closed on a US$30 million secured A/B loan facility to Terminal Zarate, S.A., a sociedad anónima organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Argentina (the “Borrower”).

The proceeds of the loan will be used by the Borrower to finance the continued growth of the Borrower’s container business in the Republic of Argentina.
