White & Case LLP has advised Nordea Bank AB, Citibank, N.A., London Branch and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, as Original Lenders, on the SEK 11 billion (US$1.3 billion) term facility agreement to Tele2 AB.
Tele2 is a NASDAQ Stockholm-listed telecoms operator and the transaction will finance part of its merger with NASDAQ Stockholm-listed TV cable company Com Hem Holding AB, which values Com Hem at around SEK 26.6 billion (US$3.2 billion). The company, led by Allison Kirkby, Samuel Skott and Jonathan James, in 2016 recoreded $3.151 Billion Revenues.
