Tegria Services Group’s Acquisition of KenSci

McDermott Will & Emery represented Tegria Services Group, Inc. and Providence in the transaction, while Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised KenSci.

Tegria Services Group, Inc. (Tegria), a company launched by Providence to provide next-generation technologies and services to the healthcare sector, executed its acquisition of KenSci Inc. (KenSci), a leader in artificial intelligence platforms and applications for healthcare. This transaction expands Tegria’s capabilities in electronic health records optimization, managed services and revenue cycle management, among others.

KenSci will continue to support its current customer portfolio while also collaborating with its new colleagues on combined offerings for the global healthcare market.

Brentwood Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to KenSci. Cascadia Capital served as the financial advisor to Tegria on this transaction.
