Techstep’s NOK 65.6 Million Divestment of Voice & Contact Center Business Units in Norway And Sweden

Wistrand has together with Arntzen de Besche in Norway advised Techstep Norway AS and Techstep Sweden AB.

Techstep Norway AS and Techstep Sweden AB (fully owned subsidiaries of Techstep ASA) has entered into an agreement to divest its Voice & Contact Center business units in Norway to Zisson AS and in Sweden to Soluno Communications AB respectively, for a total combined consideration of NOK 65.5 million, settled in cash.

Techstep ASA is a leading Managed Mobility Services provider in the Nordics listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Zisson Interact is a cloud-based and omnichannel contact center solution.

Soluno offers offer a cloud-based communication system, to busineses throughout Europe.
