TC PipeLines’s $765 Million Acquisition of Interests in Iroquois and PNGTS


Vinson & Elkins advised TC PipeLines, LP in connection with its agreements to purchase a 49.3 percent interest in Iroquois Gas Transmission System and remaining 11.8 percent interest in Portland Natural Gas Transmission System from TransCanada for $765 million.

TC PipeLines, LP is a Delaware master limited partnership with interests in seven federally regulated U.S. interstate natural gas pipelines which serve markets in the Western, Midwestern and Eastern United States.
