Talisis Holding, S.A.P.I. de C.V.’s Acquisition of 100% stake in Harmon Hall Holding, S.A. de C.V.

Talisis Holding, S.A.P.I. de C.V., operating as a subsidiary of Topaz Holding, S.A.P.I. de C.V., executed its acquisition of 100% stake in Harmon Hall Holding, S.A. de C.V. for $28.5 million.

In order to finance the transaction, Talisis Holding secured a $15.8 million credit facility from BBVA Bancomer.

Harmon Hall Holding, S.A. de C.V. operates English language training schools. It has a network of English schools. The company was founded in 1966 and is based in Mexico City, Mexico.
