Tailwater Capital LLC executed the acquisition of Tall Oak Midstream II and Tall Oak Midstream III. 

Tall Oak II operates more than 750 miles of low and high-pressure gas gathering lines across eight counties in northwest Oklahoma. 

Tall Oak III operates more than 120 miles of low and high-pressure pipelines across three counties in the Arkoma STACK basin’s rich gas window.
