Tacton Systems AB designs, manufactures, and markets Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions in Sweden and internationally. The company, led by Frederic Laziou, Klas Orsvärn, Fredrik Cronqvist, Magnus Walldén and Christer Wallberg, is based in Stockholm.
Based in Bochum (Germany), Ventacor is a Tacton partner and reseller that provides sales, consulting and implementation services for Tacton’s sales and product configuration solutions. Ventacor brings many years of experience in advanced configuration, digital transformation and CPQ as well as a profound understanding of the manufacturing market in the DACH region.
Following the successful acquisition of Lumo Graphics GmbH based in Karlsruhe, Germany (also advised by GvW Graf von Westphalen) in November 2016, Tacton’s new acquisition strengthens its position in the global market and especially in the DACH region as it pursues its internationalization strategy with a local approach to key markets.
On the current transaction, GvW advised Swedish Tacton AB in cooperation with the Swedish law firm Wistrand (Stockholm)
