T-Mobile USA’s $3.8 Billion Notes Offering

T-Mobile USA, Inc., an American wireless network operator, executed its public offering of $1,200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.625% senior notes due 2026, $1,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.375% senior notes due 2029, and $1,350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.500% senior notes due 2031.

Proceeds from the offering were used to acquire additional spectrum licenses and refinance existing indebtedness.
