Symplr’s Acquisition Of TractManager


Sidley Austin LLP served as legal advisor to Symplr, while Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP served as legal advisor to TractManager.

Symplr, a leading global healthcare governance, risk management, and compliance (“GRC”) software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) platform, backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and SkyKnight Capital, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TractManager from Arsenal Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.

TractManager’s technology and professional services optimize the business of healthcare through contracting, sourcing, and provider management solutions.

Credit Suisse AG, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Antares Capital LP, Ares Management funds, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Golub Capital LLC and Jefferies LLC provided debt financing for the acquisition. Harris Williams & Co. served as financial advisor to TractManager.

Morgan Lewis represented TractManager with a team involving Partner Barbara Shander (Picture) and associates Adam Prince and Carl Witkin.

The Sidley team included Mehdi Khodadad, Nicolai Schwarz-Gondek and Ryan Hicks.
