Symphony Technology Group, a private equity firm based in Palo Alto, CA, that focuses on market-leading companies in data, software, and analytics, announced its majority investment in Celtra Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of creative automation software solutions. The transaction closed on November 19, 2021.
