Sweco Belgium’s acquisition of HaskoningDHV Belgium operations

Laga has assisted Sweco Belgium in the acquisition of HaskoningDHV Belgium operations through an asset purchase agreement with Royal HaskoningDHV.

HaskoningDHV Belgium, which operates from Mechelen and Namur, offers services within soil investigations and decontamination, environmental impact assessments and integrated area development. The company’s 36 highly qualified experts will be employed by Sweco as of 2 January 2018.

This acquisition will further strengthen Sweco’s position on the Belgian market.
