Suramericana S.A.’s $20 Million Acquisition of Vida Sura México

The transaction is part of a wider reorganization plan of Grupo Sura.

Suramericana S.A., through its subsidiaries, offers insurance and social security solutions. It was formerly known as Inversura S.A. and changed its name to Suramericana S.A. in June 2009.

Seguros de Vida Sura Mexico, S.A. de C.V. was founded in 1999. The company’s line of business includes the underwriting of life insurance.
