Sunrise Investments’ launch of the voluntary tender offer for all ordinary and saving shares of Italiaonline S.p.A.

White & Case LLP has advised Libero Acquisition and its subsidiary Sunrise Investments on the launch of the voluntary tender offer for all ordinary and saving shares of Italiaonline S.p.A., and on the related €225 million bridge, term and revolving financing arranged by Banca IMI S.p.A., Banco BPM S.p.A. and UBI Banca S.p.A.

Italiaonline S.p.A. offers web marketing and digital advertising solutions. The Company, led by Nassef Onsi Naguib Sawiris, Roberto Giacchi and Francesco Guidotti provides media planning and lead generation services through social media and search engines. In 2018 Italiaonline recorded €324 million revenues.
