Sun Country Airlines Holdings’ $250.9 Million Initial Public Offering

Sun Country Airlines Holdings, Inc. executed its $250.9 million initial public offering of 10,454,545 shares of common stock, including 1,363,636 shares purchased pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Sun Country Airlines is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “SNCY.”

Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sun Country Airlines is a new breed of hybrid low-cost air carrier that dynamically deploys shared resources across its synergistic scheduled service, charter and cargo businesses. Sun Country Airlines focuses on serving leisure and visiting friends and relatives (“VFR”) passengers and charter customers and providing cargo services, with flights throughout the United States and to destinations in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
