Garrigues and Posse Herrera Ruiz advised on the deal
Agromil S.A.S., a Colombian company dedicated to the research, formulation, development and commercialization of fertilizer products, finalized the sale of 51% of its shares to Corona subsidiary’s Sumicol. The transaction’s value is undisclosed.
Organización Corona S.A. manufactures and sells tiles, porcelain products, and plumbing fixtures. It offers sanitary ware, floor and wall tiles, ceramic electric insulators, tableware, faucets, and raw materials for the production of ceramics. The company, led by Julio Manuel Ayerbe, is based in Bogota.
