STORY3 Capital Partners’ Acquisition of Majority Stake in Coco Republic

Gilbert + Tobin has advised STORY3 Capital Partners, LLC on its acquisition of a majority stake of Coco Republic.

Australia’s leading premium home furnishings and lifestyle brand, Coco Republic, entered into a new partnership with Los Angeles based STORY3 Capital Partners, positioning the company for domestic and international expansion.

Coco Republic sells up-market furniture, homewares, lighting, rugs, art, outdoor furniture and storage products and also offers interior design services, and has 14 stores in Australia and New Zealand.  

STORY3 is a leading alternative investment manager exclusively focused on compelling consumer facing companies, disruptive brands and businesses at the intersection of consumer and sustainability.
