Storskogen’s Acquisition of a Majority Stake in PerfectHair AG

The co-founders and further shareholders of PerfectHair.ch, a Swiss e-commerce platform for professional haircare and beauty products, have sold a majority stake in PerfectHair.ch to the Swedish private equity firm Storskogen.

PerfectHair.ch, the largest Swiss online shop for professional hair and beauty products, offers the most attractive prices on over 18,000 branded products for hair and beauty from over 250 manufacturers, convenient, simple and secure ordering as well as free, professional advice.

Storskogen is a privately owned company founded in 2012, with a mission to acquire and operate well-managed and profitable companies with leading positions in their respective markets. Storskogen is divided into three business areas, consisting of 57 business units with over 3,200 employees, more than two-thirds of which are located outside metropolitan regions.
