Stord, Inc.’s $65 Million Series C Raising

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented Stord, Inc., an on-demand warehousing software company, in its $65 million Series C financing led by BOND.

The Series C financing follows a record year of growth for Stord and brings the company’s fundraising to $100 million in the last six months.

This round of funding will accelerate Stord’s growth and productivity as it expands its end-to-end cloud supply chain for ecommerce brands and retailers.

Stord provides a logistics network and software to shippers so they can build fast, scalable, and technology-driven supply chains at a fraction of what it would cost for shippers to build themselves.

The Nelson Mullins’ team included Doug Spear (Picture), George Akers, and Bethany Barclay-Adeniyi.
