Stone Point Capital and KKR’s Acquisition of a minority stake in Focus

Vinson & Elkins advised Focus Financial Partners (Focus) in a transaction whereby an investor group led by Stone Point Capital and KKR will acquire a majority stake in Focus. Focus is valued at approximately $2 billion.

Focus Financial Partners is a leading partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms.
