Stillfront’s SEK 1 Billion Shares Offering

Baker McKenzie advised Carnegie and Berenberg on the deal. Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Stillfront Group AB.

Stillfront Group executed its offering of shares of approximately SEK 1 billion (Approx. $120 million) at a subscription price of SEK 63,6 per share. The subscription price was determined through an accelerated book-building procedure. The investors were a number of Swedish and international institutional investors, including Stillfront’s largest shareholder, Laureus Capital GmbH.

Stillfront is a global group of gaming studios and a market leader in the free-to-play online games genre.

Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG acted as Joint Global Coordinators.
