State Street Corporation announced it has completed the issuance of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.400% senior notes due 2030.
State Street Corporation is a leading provider of financial services to institutional investors including investment servicing, investment management and investment research and trading. Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
