State Street Corporation’s $1.15 Billion Registered Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriter, Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $1.15 billion registered common stock offering of State Street Corporation

State Street Corporation is a provider of a broad range of financial products and services to institutional investors worldwide. Proceeds of offering will be used to finance the pending acquisition of Charles River Systems, Inc. by State Street. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on July 31, 2018.
