Stanley Black & Decker’s $500 Million Notes Offering


Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.400% fixed-rate senior notes due 2026.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as underwriters in the deal.

Stanley Black & Decker is a diversified global provider of hand tools, power tools and related accessories, mechanical access solutions (primarily automatic doors), electronic security and monitoring systems, health care solutions, engineered fastening systems and products and services for various industrial applications.
