Squarespace’s Direct Listing

Latham & Watkins represented the financial advisers to Squarespace in the deal.

Squarespace, the all-in-one website building and ecommerce platform, completed the direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SQSP” on May 19, 2021. 

The financial advisers included Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, and RBC Capital Markets.
