Springleaf Finance Corporation’s $900 Million Notes Offering


Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $900,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.125% senior notes due 2026 by Springleaf Finance Corporation, a consumer finance company.

Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and SOCIETE GENERALE acted as Joint Book-Running Managers on the offering.

Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.

Springleaf Finance Corporation, a consumer finance company, provides personal loans and insurance products. The company, led by Jay N. Levine, is based in Evansville (IN).
