Springleaf Finance Corporation’s $700 Million Add-on Notes Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with an add-on public offering of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.125% senior notes due 2026 by Springleaf Finance Corporation, a consumer finance company.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and SOCIETE GENERALE and Joint Book-Running Managers acted as Joint Book-Running Managers on the offering.

Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.

The company has a 100-year track record of high quality origination, underwriting and servicing of personal loans, primarily to non-prime consumers.
