Springleaf Finance Corporation’s $1 Billion Notes Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior notes due 2024 by Springleaf Finance Corporation, a consumer finance company.

Barclays, SOCIETE GENERALE, Citigroup, Citizens Capital Markets, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets acted as Joint Book-Running Managers on the offering.

Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
