SpeedCast’s $425 Million acquisition of Harris CapRock

Goodwin represented SpeedCast International Limited (ASX: SDA), a leading global satellite communications and network service provider, in its announced definitive agreement to acquire Harris CapRock in a cash transaction valued at $425 million.
