Bracewell LLP represented Sol Systems, LLC in a joint venture with Capital Dynamics.
The joint venture, Sol Customer Solutions, will provide large pools of institutional capital direct exposure to the US distributed generation market. Sol Customer Solutions brings to bear a premier development platform and significant portfolio of distributed generation projects for its large commercial, municipal and educational customers.
Sol Systems is a leading, national solar energy finance and development firm with an established reputation for integrity and reliability. Since 2008, Sol Systems has delivered more than 850 megawatts of solar projects for Fortune 100 companies, municipalities, counties, utilities, universities and schools. Sol now manages over $650 million in solar energy assets for utilities, banks and Fortune 500 companies.
The transaction is the latest of a number of significant deals on which Bracewell has represented Sol Systems.
