Sociedad de Inversiones Invermed Limitada’s $10 Million Acquisition of a Real estate property from Banco del Estado de Chile

Sociedad de Inversiones Invermed Limitada, operating as a subsidiary of Grupo Sencorp, secured a $10 Million Loan from Banco Internacional in order to acquire a real estate property – rented to Clínica Lo Curro – from Banco del Estado de Chile.

The transaction closed on December 21, 2018, and was structured through a financing agreement and a contract for sale of the property together with a mortgage created in favor of Banco Internacional.
