Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Costa Arauco S.A. and Globalvia Infraestructuras Chile S.A. secured the refinancing of existing debts with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) Chile, Itaú Corpbanca and Banco del Estado de Chile for a teotal ammount of $324.29 Million.

Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Costa Arauco S.A. operates as a concessionaire of Ruta 160 highway in Chile.

Globalvia Inversiones S.A.U. provides concession management services. The Company develops and manages infrastructure such as toll roads, highways, railways, metro lines, ports, airports, and public buildings. Globalvia Inversiones conducts business worldwide.
