Slitevind’s €8.9 Million Acquisition of The Wind Power Plant Rammeldalsberget

Advokatfirman Oebergs has represented the infrastructure fund John Laing Investment Ltd.

John Laing Group plc, the responsible investor and active manager of infrastructure projects internationally, has completed the sale of its Swedish wind farm, Rammeldalsberget, to Slitevind AB for cash consideration of €8.9 million before disposal costs, equivalent to approximately £7.6 million.

Slitevind AB is a wind energy company with its headquarters in Gotland. Slitevind AB provides renewable energy project development services. The Company offers development and expansion of electricity production capacity and investments in renewable energy facilities. Slitevind serves customers in Sweden.

The Rammeldalsberget wind farm was built in 2016. The wind power plant consists of six Gamesa G114 wind power turbines each with a  capacity of 2.65 MW, generating approximately 43 GWh during an average year in price area SE2.

The Oebergs was led by Björn Öberg (Picture), assisted by Linn Dahl, Elisabet Heimer and Christian Humble.
